RETURNS:
All merchandise purchased from BAM has a 14-day return policy upon delivery of the product*. We do not offer exchanges. We do not offer free returns unless the item you purchased is defective. We require the case to arrive in its original packaging, with all accessories to qualify for a full refund. If the original bag, or accessories are missing, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and fees that are required for international shipping compliance. We recommend using a trackable and fully insured method for shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free within 24 hours after placing your order. Email internationalreturns@bamcases.com with the following information
- First and last name as it appears on your order.
- Order # / Date of purchase.
SHIPPING:
International shipping is offered through DHL or UPS with guaranteed representation of product price, taxes, and duties based on your location*. Some regions may qualify for DDP shipping options*. Bam does not control shipping prices or estimated time frames and is not responsible for delays due to case availability. All customers who order a case that is on backorder will be notified immediately with the option to keep the order open, or to cancel free of charge.
Please double check your shipping and contact information at checkout. We are not liable for any incorrect address information provided and cannot modify the destination of the package once it’s shipped.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, your order will be returned and refunded to your original payment method upon receipt. In the event your order is shipped and marked “delivered” to an incorrect address, Bam is not liable to send a replacement or offer a refund.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY:
Bam products have been designed to provide their holder with many years of satisfaction. All products come with a 2-year limited warranty*. In the event that a problem arises with one of our products as a result of a defect in our materials or workmanship within the first two weeks of purchase, we will replace it if it cannot be repaired.
It is important to note that our guarantee is not an unconditional guarantee for the life of the product. Bam cases are made from high-quality materials, and yet they are not indestructible and may require maintenance due to normal use. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from mishandling of the product. We do not cover accidental damage nor its consequences, such as damage to the contents of the case.
Also, as with any product, it should be expected that component parts - hooks or fasteners for instance - will show wear with use over time and eventually may need to be replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is naturally not covered by our guarantee, but we will always be happy to offer a prompt, high-quality repair service at a nominal cost for the lifetime of the case.
We strongly advise all musicians to contact their insurance company to add their case under their instrument insurance policy, to cover any accident that could happen.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS:
Prices are as shown on the website. Local currency conversion fees may apply. Payments are available with most major credit cards and electronic payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Etc.)
